Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 Review

Whether you are an office worker, a student, or a gamer, the Lenovo Ideapad slim 7 is a sleek and light device that is ideal for everyday use. It is ultra-responsive and optimized for machine learning technologies. It also offers intuitive performance and comes equipped with a large touchscreen display.

Display

Despite its relatively inexpensive price, the Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 comes with a number of features that you won’t find in more expensive laptops. This includes an edgeless display, Intel Iris Xe graphics, and a decent trackpad.

Lenovo’s laptops have always been reliable, and the Ideapad slim 3 is no different. It has a solid build, and it comes with a number of useful ports, including USB 3.2 Type A and USB 3.1 Type C. Also, the design is modern and sleek, and it is lightweight.

The Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 has a 15.6-inch FHD OLED display with 1920 x 1080 resolution. It also has a Nano edge panel that reduces screen reflections. It is a good screen, but it is not particularly bright.

RAM

Having good RAM on your laptop can make it more functional, but you should not overdo it. The Lenovo Ideapad 3 comes with a modest setup. It has only one RAM slot and does not have any additional storage or HDD bay.

The Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 has a 15.6-inch IPS FHD (1920 x 1080) display. It also has an AMD Ryzen 7 4700U Mobile Processor. It has a 720p HD webcam and is built with privacy mode-driven shutter technology.

Lenovo has included a decent audio setup. It has a headphone/mic combo jack. It also comes with an HDMI port and USB-C 3.2 Gen 1. It has a crisscross vent and rubber feet.

Processor

Whether you are looking for a laptop that can handle graphically demanding tasks, or simply want a reliable laptop for basic tasks, the Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 offers you great value. It comes with an AMD Ryzen 5 5300U CPU, which is designed to run thin and light laptops. It has four cores and eight threads and has integrated graphics. The GPU is not designed to handle demanding workloads but can handle light tasks.

The Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD display. It provides a decent amount of multitasking space and gets bright enough in most settings. However, its narrow color gamut and poor vertical and horizontal viewing angles make it unsuitable for work that requires perfect image accuracy.

Battery life

Unlike some of the cheaper A4-class laptops that you can buy, the Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 offers a decent battery life. The laptop’s Intel Core i3-1005G1 processor can give you up to 6.5 hours of battery life, which is a decent amount.

The Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 has a 15.6-inch Full HD display, which provides enough screen real estate for multitasking. It’s also bright enough to provide good image quality in most settings. However, the display’s narrow color gamut means that it’s not ideal for work that requires perfect image accuracy.

The Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 is well-built and feels durable. It also has a sturdy hinge that can go as far as 180 degrees. It’s also built with an integrated heat pipe setup. This allows for a quiet running laptop, and it won’t get hot when you’re working.

Eye-Care mode

Besides the fact that it’s an Android tablet, the Lenovo Tab P11 has a lot of cool stuff including Eye-Care mode. This special mode reduces the harmful blue light from your screen and the display is a little clearer. This tablet also offers a few other cool things like an 8-megapixel front camera, Google Kids Space mode, and a 15-hour battery life.

The Lenovo Ideapad SL 3 – or at least the 512GB SSD edition – isn’t the only Android tablet on the market to boast a special Eye-Care mode. Asus Vivobook OLED also offers the same feature in its latest model.

There’s no question that the Lenovo SL3 is a reasonably well-built machine. The display is legible and the LED-based touchscreen is crisp and responsive.
