Shipping Time

Most orders will ship within two business days and be processed and shipped out on weekdays (Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays). For international shipping, please allow up to 5 business days for shipment. All orders are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange, nor is refunding the shipping cost a possibility. All rates are based on weight and location at checkout.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Returns must be in new, unwashed condition with all original tags still attached, and the receipt must be included. Items returned without the ticket will not be accepted, and a 30% restock/processing fee will be deducted from the store credit issued to you.

Hair accessories, beauty, make-up, lingerie, hosiery, underwear, Special Occasion Dresses, Bridal Dresses, Catch of the Day, and all items marked Final Sale on the item page are not eligible for a refund or store credit. You may exchange any other entity for a different size, but you must pay shipping costs to return the product and provide the prepaid return label mailed with your order. If you choose this option, you must provide credit card information for an instant exchange. Stock may not be available for an instant exchange request in rare circumstances. All returned products must be original, new, and unwashed, with all Soca and designer tags still attached.
